"I don't know what it means and I don't care because it's Shakespeare and it's like having jewels in my mouth when I say the words." — Frank McCourt (Angela's Ashes)
One of my oldest friends came to visit for the first time since I've moved here. I brought her to my favorite place in the square to eat some excellent food. The weather was gorgeous so we ate on the balcony. We hadn't seen one another in over 13 years but it didn't feel like such a long time. What a treat for me and I hope for her as well! Here's to you Moe!
Since I've moved here I've recieved a summons for jury duty. I'm not complaining but I have to wonder why I keep getting called. I wasn't picked, and that's okay. It was a gorgeous Spring day here. I took advantage of it and took a stroll to the town square. I bought a few old vinyls, Kirsten Flagstad and Dinah Washington! I also took a walk down the road near where I live and brought the digi. Anyway-- here are a couple of photos from my day. From the court house to the long and winding road near my home.
